HM-2 security
One database per company, in the European Union
The company's data is hosted on servers in the European Union, in Germany, in a database of its own with its own backup.
No data is shared between companies.
Read access to the systems; writes by permission only
The company grants HM-2 a read‑only account on its systems, with no permission to modify data.
Each action that writes to the ERP is registered in the map and carries its own permission, granted by the company.
No model trained on the company's data
Hellomatik does not use the company's data to train AI models.
The rule covers the company's content and the agents' inputs and outputs.
